Taming the green tiger!
The clay tile roof is leaking. The wooden board and batten center peak and dormers are rotting. The curved bump-out right of the center is termite damaged.
Power washing removes the algae and loose paint.
The new roof color enhances the patina on the copper rain spouts. Hardie board is installed on the dormers. Several windows are replaced. The footprint is enlarged and French doors are installed.
PVC board and batten replaces all the rotted wood.
